Charms Metal Manufacture Co, Limited, a subsidiary of Sam Ben Lap (Hong Kong) Buttons Limited, was incorporated in 1985. The Company has been specialising in producing various metal buttons and button accessories for over 20 years with about 80% of our products exported to Japan, the United States, Southeast Asia and Europe. Our principal products include gold buttons, fashion buttons, snap buckles, snap and prong buttons, jeans buttons and other accessories such as press stud, snap well, gourd buckles, garment ornaments and many more.
The Company used to have a production facility with an area of 1,600 m2 in Hong Kong before deciding to relocate to Nancheng Industry Zone, Daojiao, Dongguan in 1993. We now proudly boasts a production area of 10,000 square meters with over 800 units/sets of production equipment, over 400 workers in which 65 of them are mould designers and repair services personnel. We are also unbeatable in supplying products with high quality and at very reasonable price to customers in Hong Kong, China and different countries and regions throughout the world. We strongly emphasize on after-sale services to offer the support our customers needs in order to allow our products to be much more efficient.
In addition to the production facilities located in Mainland China, the Company has sales offices in Shanghai, Quan Zhou, Dong Guan and Qing Dao in the process of completion. The head office with a small warehouse based in Hong Kong, has a floorage of 800 m2. All the raw materials are imported from Hong Kong originated from Japan, Korea, Australia, etc.
Charms is continously investing on R&D in order to achieve maximum technical capabilities to offer our new and exisiting customers more designing options. Not only so, we also have identified with great importance that in order for our prducts to be as a whole, it needs to be in top quality, reasonable prices, punctual deliveries and most of all great after sales support. To achieve such high standards, we make sure all our employees from the director to cleaning lady are committed and trained to follow such standards.
